The DJI Mavic 3 Thermal Advanced (3TA) introduces key thermal imaging enhancements while retaining the celebrated features of the Mavic 3 Enterprise platform. The primary upgrade is a redesigned thermal camera that delivers superior detail and resolution compared to the Mavic 3T. This is achieved with a narrower field of view (41.2° DFOV) and a more refined 8 µm pixel pitch, allowing for better distinction of fine details from a distance.

Beyond this thermal improvement, the 3TA is identical to its predecessor. Users will find the same powerful dual-camera system (48 MP wide, 12 MP telephoto), robust 45-minute flight time, and advanced safety features like omnidirectional obstacle avoidance. Key systems, including navigation and the 15 km O3 Enterprise transmission, also remain unchanged.

Pilots manage operations through the streamlined DJI Pilot 2 app, which offers one-tap access to controls and comprehensive mission planning. The platform also supports the redesigned loudspeaker accessory, enabling real-time audio broadcasts for search and rescue operations.
